Emily Doyle (from Nutrition Wisdom)
Dietitian and Nutritionist (Tenant)
Qualifications: MDietSc, BExNSc
Emily Doyle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and nutritionist registered with Dietitians Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise and a Master of Dietetics from the University of Queensland.
Emily is passionate about simplifying nutrition and cutting through the noise of fad diets and misinformation often found on social media. She is dedicated to promoting a healthy relationship with food and body, empowering clients to nourish themselves without guilt, fear, or confusion.
Living with coeliac disease herself, Emily has both personal insight and expertise in supporting individuals with autoimmune conditions, food intolerances, and allergies. She is committed to helping clients enjoy a full and nourishing diet, no matter their diagnosis. Her clinical interests also include digestive health, particularly IBS, IBD, constipation, and diverticular disease.
Emily supports clients in reaching their health and weight-related goals without restrictive diets or food rules. She creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their relationship with food and body. Her non-diet approach focuses on building balanced habits, tuning into hunger and fullness cues, letting go of food guilt, and improving overall wellbeing. By shifting the focus away from the scale and toward sustainable lifestyle changes, Emily helps clients feel more energised, confident, and in control of their health, without the stress of dieting.
Outside of dietetics, Emily enjoys CrossFit-style training and running. She’s a professional “chatterbox” who loves connecting with others, sharing a laugh, and spending time with friends and family, ideally with a coffee in hand and a walk outdoors.
Emily consults at Clayfield Medical Centre and also offers appointments via Telehealth. She has also completed additional training in eating disorders through the InsideOut: The Essentials – Training Clinicians in Eating Disorders program.
